Team timesheets
Review the whole team's hours and correct entries. Owners and Admins only.
Open the team view
Inside the workspace, select Time tracker in the sidebar. It opens on the Team tab.
What it shows
- Live activity: who is tracking right now, and on what
- Every member's entries for the period, with project, task, duration, and
description
- Totals, per member and across the team
- Badges on entries that need a second look: manual entries, breaks and
lunches, overbreaks, billable work, and long sessions
Change the period with the date range control.
Your own entries are on the My time tab, and Reports breaks the same data down by project and by member. Billable work has its own Billable hours tab.
Two clocks, one record
If the workspace has a workspace timezone, the timesheet groups days by it, so an overnight shift lands on the agency's working day, wherever the member lives. A Times in toggle switches the same entries between workspace time and your own timezone. Nothing is duplicated or converted in storage; these are two displays of the same recorded times.
The Export CSV control exports exactly the filtered entries, including billable rates, amounts, and approval status.
Correct an entry
Owners and Admins can amend or delete any entry in their own workspace. This is how member mistakes get fixed, since members cannot edit their own.
- Open the Team tab.
- Find the entry.
- Edit its start time, duration, task, or project, or delete it.
- Save.
An entry that has been marked invoiced is locked: it cannot be edited or deleted until it is un-invoiced from the Billable hours tab.
Why members cannot self-edit
A completed entry is a billing record. Making it read-only the moment it is saved means the hours a client is invoiced for cannot be adjusted after the fact by the person who recorded them. Corrections go through an admin, and leave a trail.
Long sessions
Entries over twelve hours are surfaced for review rather than trimmed automatically. Usually a timer left running overnight. Check with the member, then correct it.
Timers that stopped themselves
If a member's entitlement disappeared while they were tracking, for example their tracking was switched off, the timer is closed and the work so far is saved. The activity log records why.
Someone has left the workspace
Their entries stay. Removing a member does not erase recorded hours, so past timesheets and reports stay accurate.
