Free is not a trial
Free does not expire and needs no card. It includes 3 projects, 50 active tasks, and 1 collaborator.
Where billing lives
Settings → Subscription holds all of it: your plan, your usage against each limit, seat counts on Agency, and every billing action.
What you can do there
- Upgrade to Pro or Agency
- Switch between monthly and annual
- Change your Agency seat count
- Cancel, or reactivate a cancellation
- Open the billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and receipts
Payment
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Cards and other common methods are accepted, and card details never touch VA To-Do's own systems.
Payment methods, invoices, and receipts live in the billing portal, reached from Settings → Subscription.
If a payment fails
You keep access during the retry window, and a banner appears in Settings while the payment is outstanding. Update your card in the billing portal to clear it.
