Plans and feature overview

VA To-Do has three plans. Free and Pro are for one person. Agency adds a shared team workspace and is billed per seat.

Free

$0, no card required.

• Up to 3 projects
• Up to 50 active tasks
• 1 collaborator across all your personal projects
• Recurring tasks
• Career Vault, without profile publishing
• List and Board task views
• Cloud sync across devices

Pro

$10/month, or $96/year billed annually ($8/month, saving 20%).

Everything in Free, plus:

• Unlimited projects and unlimited active tasks
• Up to 5 collaborators
• Career Profile publishing
• Calendar task view
• Premium theme colors

Agency

$11 per paid seat/month, or $8.80 per paid seat/month billed annually. Up to 200 seats.

Everything in Pro, plus:

• A shared Workspace with seat-based members
• Roles and permissions
• Time tracking, timesheets, and reports
• Team dashboard and analytics

How your entitlement is decided

Two separate questions, deliberately kept apart.

What can you do in your Personal context? Your personal entitlement, resolved in this order:

1. You own an Agency subscription → Agency
2. You pay for Pro → Pro
3. An agency sponsors you → Pro
4. Otherwise → Free

What can you do inside a workspace? Your role in that workspace, combined with the workspace owner's plan. Paying for Pro yourself grants nothing extra inside someone else's workspace, and being a member of an Agency workspace does not make your own personal context Agency.

Career Vault across plans

Career Vault is personal, so it always follows your own plan rather than a workspace you belong to.

Pro and Agency can show or hide Career Vault with the Settings → Account → Personal Career Vault switch. Pro shows it by default; Agency hides it by default until it is switched on. Full detail in Career Vault and your plan.
