Account and settings
What lives on each Settings tab and how to get there.
Open Settings
Select your account row at the bottom of the sidebar, then Settings.
Settings has a search box at the top of its own sidebar, which is the fastest way to a tab when you cannot remember which one holds what.
The tabs
| Tab | What is there |
|---|---|
| Account | Your name, photo, and account preferences |
| Subscription | Your plan, usage, seats, and billing |
| Collaborators | Everyone you share personal projects with |
| Workspace | Members, roles, logo, and seats. Appears if you have a workspace |
| Calendar | Connect Google Calendar and choose which calendars appear |
| Theme | Appearance and theme color |
| Notifications | What you are notified about, and how it reaches you |
Workspace only appears if you own a workspace or belong to one.

Your current plan, how much of each limit you are using, seat counts on Agency, and the billing actions: change cycle, cancel, reactivate, manage billing. See Manage your subscription.
Collaborators
Everyone with access to your personal projects, their permission levels, and any invitations still outstanding. See Manage collaborators.
Workspace
Your workspace's name and logo, its member list with roles, invitations, and the per-member time tracking switches. See Invite and manage members.
Calendar
Connect your Google account to see calendar events alongside your tasks, read-only. Choose which calendars appear, sync on demand, or disconnect. See Integrations.
Theme
Appearance and theme color, which are two separate settings. See Themes and personalization.
Notifications
Switches for task reminders, assignments, task updates, mentions, comments and invitations, plus the Daily Briefing and Weekly Report on Pro and Agency. Every change saves as you make it. See Notifications.
