Getting started
A short path from a new account to a working set of projects and tasks.
Five short steps take a brand-new account to something you can actually work from. Follow them in order the first time.
The path
- Create your account and answer the
setup questions.
- Find your way around, the sidebar, the
context switcher, and the views.
- Create your first project.
- Create your first task.
- Decide whether you need
personal projects or a workspace.
After the basics
Once you have a project with tasks in it, these are the things most people set up next.
- Work that repeats. Recurring tasks handle
the weekly report and the monthly invoice so you stop re-creating them.
- Someone else involved. Invite a collaborator
to a personal project, or create a workspace if you are running a team.
- Make it yours. Appearance and theme colors are in
Settings → Theme.
- Your professional materials. Career Vault holds
resumes, portfolio pieces, and reusable application answers.
What you get on Free
Free is a real plan, not a trial. It includes 3 projects, 50 active tasks, and 1 collaborator. Nothing expires. Compare the plans when you start bumping into a limit.
