Welcome to VA To-Do
What VA To-Do does, how it is organized, and where to start.
VA To-Do is a task manager built for Virtual Assistants, freelancers, and the agencies they work with. It keeps client work, deadlines, tracked hours, and your professional materials in one place instead of spread across spreadsheets, chat threads, and sticky notes.
This documentation explains how each part works, who can use it, and what your plan includes.
How VA To-Do is organized
Three ideas carry most of the product. Understanding them makes everything else easier to follow.
Projects group your work. Most VAs create one project per client, but a project can be anything you want to keep separate, a side business, a course, a recurring set of admin chores.
Tasks live inside projects. A task can have a due date, a priority, a description, subtasks, comments, and a repeat schedule.
Contexts decide which set of projects you are looking at. You are always in either your Personal context or a Workspace you belong to. The switcher sits at the very top of the sidebar.
Where to start
If you are new, work through these in order:
If you have been invited to a workspace by an agency, start with Workspaces and Workspace roles.

Getting help
Every article ends with a helpfulness prompt and a way to reach us. If something here does not match what you see in the app, tell us, the app is always the source of truth, and we would rather fix the page than leave you guessing.
