Change your display name

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Edit your name.
3. Save.

This is the name your collaborators and workspace teammates see on tasks, comments, and member lists.

Change your profile photo

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Select your photo, or the placeholder.
3. Upload a square image.

Without one, your initials are shown on a coloured background.

If you signed in with Google, your Google picture is used until you upload your own.

Your email address

Your email is your sign-in identity, and invitations are bound to it, so it cannot be changed from Settings. Contact support if you need it moved.

Your password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to set a new one. The emailed link lets you choose a replacement.

Accounts created with Google do not have a password. Keep using Continue with Google.

Personal Career Vault

On Pro and Agency, Settings → Account has a Personal Career Vault switch that shows or hides Career Vault in the sidebar. Hiding it never deletes anything. See Career Vault and your plan.

Your plan

The row at the bottom of the sidebar shows your current plan under your name. Settings → Subscription has the detail. See Manage your subscription.

Setup answers

The questions you answered when you created your account shaped your starting setup. Your timezone in particular matters, because due dates and recurring schedules are anchored to it. Update it in Settings → Account if you move or if it was wrong.
