Sponsored Pro

Every paid seat in an Agency workspace includes Pro for that person's own personal account, at no extra cost, for as long as they hold the seat.

What the member gets

Pro-level features in their Personal context:

• Unlimited projects and unlimited active tasks
• Up to 5 collaborators on their own projects
• Career Profile publishing
• Calendar task view
• Premium theme colors

They see Pro plan in the sidebar and, in Settings → Subscription, that it is sponsored by the agency.

Who is sponsored

Any member holding a live role (Owner, Admin, or VA / Team Member) in a workspace whose owner has an active Agency plan.

The agency owner is not "sponsored" by their own workspace; they hold Agency directly.

What it does not include

Sponsored Pro is Pro, not Agency.

• It does not let the member create a workspace of their own.
• It does not give them Agency features outside your workspace.
• Their time tracking works inside your workspace,

because that entitlement comes from the workspace rather than from their personal plan.

If they already pay for Pro

Nothing is cancelled automatically. They keep their own subscription, and Settings → Subscription shows both their own plan and the sponsorship, so they can decide whether to cancel and rely on the sponsored access.

When sponsorship ends

It ends the moment the seat does, when they are removed, when they leave, when your Agency subscription lapses, or when the workspace is deleted.

Their account returns to whatever they pay for themselves, usually Free. Nothing is deleted, but Pro-only behaviour changes:

• A published Career Profile is set back to Draft.
• A premium theme color falls back to Default.
• They cannot create projects beyond the Free limit, though existing ones remain.

Owning Agency and being a member elsewhere

Priority runs: your own Agency, then your own Pro, then a sponsorship, then Free. Owning Agency yourself always wins, and holding two sponsorships is the same as holding one.
