Agency plan

Agency is the plan for running a team against client work. Where Free and Pro are built around one person, Agency is built around a shared workspace.

Pricing

$11 per paid seat/month, or $8.80 per paid seat/month billed annually, a saving of 20%. Up to 200 seats.

What it adds

Everything in Pro, plus:

• A team workspace with its own projects, folders, and members
• Roles and permissions: Owner, Admin, and

VA / Team Member

• Time tracking, with timesheets and reports
• A team dashboard with workload and activity, for Owners and Admins
• Client management: unlimited clients
• Pro for every paid seat, on that person's own

Who it is for

• Agencies with VAs working across shared client accounts
• Anyone who needs to know how many hours went where
• Teams that have outgrown per-project sharing and want roles instead

If you work alone, Pro is almost certainly the right plan. Agency's value is the workspace, and a workspace with one person in it is an expensive way to buy Pro.

What Agency does not change

Career Vault stays personal. Being on Agency does not give you access to anyone else's, and yours is hidden by default until you switch it on.

Personal projects stay personal. Your own projects are not visible to the workspace, and the personal collaborator limit still applies to them (5 people).

Getting started

1. Upgrade to Agency and choose your seat count.
2. Create the workspace.
3. Invite your team.
4. Create workspace projects and assign people to them.
5. Turn on time tracking if you need hours.
