Career Vault

A private place for the materials you need to win work.

Career Vault is your private store for everything you reach for when applying for work: resumes, cover letter templates, portfolio pieces, certificates, links, an intro video, and reusable answers to the questions every application asks. Application Kits help you tailor those materials, and Applications keeps your stages and follow-ups together.

It is included on every plan.

Why it exists

Most VAs keep this material scattered across a desktop folder, an email drafts folder, and a Google Drive nobody can find. Career Vault puts it in one place, attached to the tool you already have open, so applying for the next role does not start with a hunt.

Your application checklist

Choose Starting out, Finding another client, or Moving into a specialty on the dashboard. The checklist links to profile details, a resume, a relevant work sample, reusable text, and your first kit. Progress comes from saved material. It is a preparation checklist, not a prediction that you will be hired.

Use Hide checklist to collapse it and Show checklist to bring it back. Publishing a profile is optional and does not affect this checklist.

It is always private

Career Vault is visible only to you. Not to your collaborators, not to a workspace you belong to, not to an agency that sponsors your Pro.

The one exception is a Career Profile you choose to publish, which is public on purpose, and which you control.

Career Vault is personal

It always follows your own plan, never a workspace's. Joining an Agency workspace neither adds to nor takes away from your vault.

Open it

Select Career Vault under Career in the sidebar. It appears in your Personal context only.

Career Profile

Every plan can edit and privately preview a Career Profile. Pro and Agency can publish it as one public page to send a prospective client.

Opportunities

Opportunities is a directory of places to find work. Its Track applications link opens Applications, where you record the roles you are pursuing. VA To-Do does not submit applications for you.
