Weekly Report
A weekly productivity summary on Pro and Agency: what it counts, how trends are calculated, and what Agency adds.
The Weekly Report reviews your productivity and the workload ahead. It is available on Pro and Agency, and it is off until you switch it on.
Switching it on
Settings → Notifications → Weekly Report.
On Free the row shows a PRO badge and an Unlock with Pro button rather than a switch. See Upgrade.
What you can set
- Send on: any day of the week. Monday by default
- At: the hour, in your timezone
- Include: tasks completed, overdue tasks, upcoming tasks, project activity,
productivity trends, and on Agency, time tracked
- Delivery: in-app always, plus email if you want it
The week it covers
The seven days ending the day before it is sent. A report sent on Monday is about the previous Monday to Sunday, not about the three minutes of the day it arrives in.
What it counts
- Tasks completed, counted from when each task was actually completed. A task
finished months ago and still marked complete is not counted as this week's work
- Overdue, work past its due date right now
- Coming up, what is due in the week ahead, with how much of it is high
priority and how much is recurring
- Most active project, the project you completed the most in
The numbers are your own work: tasks you created, tasks assigned to you, and tasks you are on. A workspace admin can see the whole workspace, but their report is about them, not about everyone.
Trends
The week-on-week comparison is shown only when there is a previous week to compare against. If there is not, the comparison is left out rather than shown as a change from zero.
Time tracked on Agency
Agency reports can include a Time tracked section: your total for the week and a breakdown by project.
It appears only when all of these are true:
- Your workspace is on Agency
- Time tracking is available to you, and an admin has not switched it off for
your account
- You have time entries in the week
- You have left Time tracked ticked under Include
The section covers your own entries only. Nobody's report shows another person's time or workspace-wide totals, whatever their role. See Time tracking.
Quiet weeks
A week with nothing completed, nothing overdue, nothing coming up and no tracked time produces no report. You get exactly one report per scheduled week.
